Every child will receive a free trick or treat bag & coloring book, please join our participating merchants for a howling good time on Main & Broad Streets. The merchants will hand out treats to all little ghosts, goblins and princesses. DJ Jammin’ Jeff will be spinning all your favorite Halloween songs on Cochran Square
