WHAT: "Understanding and Supporting Your Anxious Child" presented by Allison Banbury, M.Ed

Allison holds an M.Ed from the College of William and Mary and is licensed as a Professional Counselor of Mental Health in the State of Delaware. She is currently the Dean of Students at M.O.T. Charter where she and her colleague have recently implemented a K-8 mindfulness curriculum to assist both students and teachers with focus, emotional regulation, and awareness. Previous experience includes having been a school counselor at Garrison Forest School and at West Nottingham Academy, a dorm parent at St. Andrew's, and running her own practice at Wellbeing on Main in Middletown. Allison provides counseling to children at St. Anne's on Monday afternoons.
This event is free and open to the public. Free childcare for ages 2 and above will be available for RSVP's received by Friday, 2/23/18.
