Vines to Wine Dinner Series - Pre-Harvest

Join Winemaker, Michael Zollo and Vineyard Manager, Brandon Hoy, for the first of the Vines to Wines Dinner Series. Enjoy a welcome craft cocktail by Blackwater Distilling and appetizers as you stroll through the vineyard with Brandon to see how the grapes are progressing. See a seasonal dish demo by celebrity chef – Chef Jerry Pellegrino, Co-owner Schola Cooking School, Baltimore, MD. Sit down to a 5-course meal in the Haybarn, crafted by Magnolia Caterers, and featuring Crow Farm Grass-fed Angus beef, seasonal-local ingredients and accompanied by live music. Finish with dessert in the winery while Michael takes you through the process of wine-making.

Take part in silent auction featuring items from wineries throughout Maryland. A portion of the proceeds will go to Maryland Wineries Association.
