Heron Proud 5k Run

St. Anne's Episcopal School of Middletown, DE will be hosting our 2nd Annual Heron Proud 5k Run on September 17th, 2023 from 8 am- 1 pm. The race will include a sanctioned 5K run, as well as a an epic fun compound with a 236' obstacle course, games, etc. recommended for children! We will also have a "Heron Dash" for children under 5 years of age which is free to register. This is a great community event full of family fun.
