In 1978, after his parents’ house was burglarized, a teenaged Phil Gardner figured out how to buy the parts and install a security system. His father told his friends, and B Safe Security was born in the garage. Today, over 40 years later, Phil and the B Safe team continue to provide the latest security solutions for people, homes, and businesses throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Even from the early days with a van and a few simple tools, Phil and his crew worked tirelessly to provide top-notch customer service along with the latest security technology. As security systems evolved from simple keypads and magnetic contacts to motion detectors, video surveillance, and internet-connected control systems, the team at B Safe embraced these new technologies without losing sight of their customer-focused roots.
In fact, as B Safe grew from its humble roots, it merged with other like-minded alarm companies such as Advent Security, BH Security, Ocean Security, and others.
