Andrea is a full-time Realtor who began her Real Estate career in 2006, and is currently an Associate Broker at Compass. As a lifelong resident of Delaware, she is extremely familiar with the local communities and real estate market. Andrea is the Team Leader of Andrea Harrington & Associates where she oversees a team of dedicated agents and support staff to ensure our clients have the most seamless experience. Andrea is licensed in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania - with her team's dedicated office located in the heart of Middletown, Delaware.
In 2021, Andrea formed a partnership with Stephen Mottola and the prestigious Mottola Group to bring in more knowledge and expertise to the team, and to further expand the team's service areas to Chester & Delaware counties of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia area, and southern New Jersey shore communities. Collectively, the partnership teams make up the #1 Ranked "large real estate group" in Delaware.
In 2023, Andrea Harrington & Associates successfully closed 131 transactions, selling $48 million in Real Estate, putting the team within the top 1% of all agents in the state.
